Simpson and his Donkey

Today Room 12B made video notes - we were learning to summarise text. This is Miss Kay's because I had trouble with mine (I couldn't save it at first).

Highlights so far this year...

Highlights so far this year

The subject area/s I am most proud of:
Science, reading, maths and writing because these are my favorite subjects. I just love doing these subjects...I enjoy Tech and P.E as well but I am not as proud of these.
Something I am really glad about:
I am really glad about the fact that this school has loads to offer.
Something I used to struggle with but I am feeling better about:
Typing on a computer because I used to type really slowly.
Something I have worked very hard at:
Getting used to extension Maths because at first I did not like to go, but now I do.
Something new I have learned or experienced for the first time:
A digital class it is great fun to learn on a laptop, if I used a pencil for too long I get hand cramp.

What’s next?

Something I am wondering about:
What will camp be like?
Something I’d like you to know I struggle with:
Handwriting.
What I need to be better at:
Listening a bit better while the teacher is explaining something.
Something I’d really like to learn or experience that we haven’t done yet:
Believe it or not building electronics e.g. robots, radio control cars etc...

Whakapapa Reflection: Unlocking secrets from the record books...

Last week for homework we had to create family trees. I made mine on Time Toast a programme which you can make time lines on, it was fun to see how big my family is.
